Summary
AASLD 2023 Practice Guidance updates the 2018 NAFLD document, emphasizing noninvasive risk stratification (FIB-4, VCTE, ELF, MRE) to identify “at-risk” NASH (NASH with ≥F2 fibrosis) and management of metabolic comorbidities.
